Ruume allows for 10 Participants (on Zoom called Panelists -who share their cam & mic) and 1000 Audience members -namely viewers who interact through chat. Participants are immersed in a scene of your choice, with links to your merchandise, sign-ups and resource links embedded in the scenery itself.

Regular video conferencing places participants in a sterile grid, in a confrontational face-to-face configuration. This forces participants to stare at each other intensely and be overly stared at, while removing all natural markers that make up our daily context.

In regular online calls, our brain overworks to compensate for the sterility and configuration, causing visual strain and mental "Zoom" fatigue, as well as screen anxiety.

• The Host can embed external links anywhere in the scene, to their e-commerce site, affiliate site, courses, newsletters, and more. Having your links accessible right in the interface increases clickthroughs significantly. It also keeps people from straying to other tabs!

• An anonymous mode enables Guests to replace their video with an avatar. This extinguishes screen anxiety, which is quite common.
