If you notice your ruume is loading slowly, your background may be the cause.

how do i enable pop-ups on safari?

my youtube background stopped working.
If you used a youtube background for your ruume, the link may have expired. Visit youtube and get an updated link to replace your old one.
what are the specifications to upload a background?
ruume backgrounds can be an image (jpeg or png up to 5mb), video (mp4, up to 10mb), or youtube link.

Yes! From changing the background, embedding links, updating the description, or adding in monetization.
Don’t forget to save when you’re done. Any changes not saved will not be saved in your published ruume. To save you have to go through all the steps until you reach the ‘publish’ settings.

- Once you have found the ruume you would like to edit, hover over the ruume until the three dots, ‘...’ appear in the top right corner of the ruume thumbnail.

visit your profile to view your recordings. click on the url of the recording you would like to view and share this will be automatically copied, then open the url in a new tab.

the commission rate is based on your subscription:
- free - earn 90% from participants and 70% from the audience.
- professional - earn 95% from participants and 80% from the audience.
- business - earn 100% from participants and 90% from the audience.
earn commission from your events by adding a fee for entry or a donation. be sure to set up your stripe account so you get paid.
